Conditions of sale of the ART GIRLS Art Gallery

These conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the ART GIRLS Art Gallery website. By placing an order on this site, the customert acknowledges having read these conditions of sale and accepts them without reservation.

 

2. Orders

 

The products offered on the website of the ART GIRLS Art Gallery are original works of art or reproductions numbered and signed by the artists represented by the gallery.

The customer can pplace an order by adding the desired products to your basket and following the payment instructions provided on the website. Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation by email.

 

3. Price and payment

 

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) and are subject to change at any time. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated during the ordering process.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Payment must be made in full before order is shipped.

 

4. Shipping and delivery

 

The products are shipped todelivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. The art gallery undertakes to ship the products as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and delivery method chosen by the customer. The art gallery cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control.

 

5. Right of withdrawal

 

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise your right of withdrawalon, the customer must inform the art gallery by e-mail at annelise@artgirls.store and return the products in their original packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by all possible accessories. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Guarantees

The products sold by the art gallery benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

In case oflack of conformity or hidden defect, the customer can contact the art gallery by e-maill to annelise@artgirls.store and request an exchange or refund of the product concerned.

 

7. Intellectual property

 

The products offered on the gallery's website are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial exploitation, total or partial, without the prior authorization of the gallery is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Disputes

 

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
